Carpenter Ants & Carpenter Bees

Carpenter ant preventative service is performed twice a year, and a complete structural treatment is performed if needed.

Mice & Rats

Mice and rats can transport diseases through your home in several ways. This service protects your home and family from rodent infestation.

(Wood destroying insects, lady beetles, cluster flies, animal trapping, bat exclusion and termite treatments are not included in this program unless otherwise stated)

Heights above 25 feet require an additional charge, due to an additional technician to assist in the treatment.

Here is How it Works:

Our first order of business is to inspect and get familiar with the environment where your home is located. This can tell us a lot, such as moisture conditions, forest location, overgrowth areas, etc. Once we complete our exterior inspection, we will then move to the interior of your home where we will complete a thorough audit, and discuss a program specifically designed for your home.

We perform a complete audit of your home, make recommendations, and prescribe the proper methods of treatment.
Our prescheduled treatments give you continuous protection throughout the year.
Our one-year guarantee ensures your satisfaction.
Free emergency pet control service during regular business hours (Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm) gives you ongoing protection between your scheduled treatments.
Additional fees may apply for any services or emergency services during non-working hours and weekends.

Treatment Procedures (Quarterly service)

Treatment 1 (Spring)

We power spray a protective barrier around the exterior of your home. An interior analysis and conservative treatment is performed as needed to specific areas of your home. A carpenter ant preventative treatment is performed. Accurate’s 30-point termite inspection is conducted. Accurate’s termite monitoring system is installed. (Termite inspection is not valid for real estate transactions).

Treatment 2 (Summer)

A second power spray application around the exterior of your home is applied. An interior analysis and conservative treatment is performed as needed to specific areas of your home. An inspection for bees & wasps is performed, and any active nests located will be treated. A second carpenter ant preventative treatment is performed. Any infestations are treated and recorded. An inspection of all termite-monitoring devices will be conducted. All services are recorded.

Treatment 3 (Fall)

An interior analysis and conservative treatments are performed as needed to specific areas of your home. An inspection and treatment for rodent activity is implemented to control/ prevent any rodent infestations. Also, inspections of Accurate’s termite monitoring systems are performed.

Treatment 4 (Winter)

An interior analysis and conservative treatments are performed as needed to specific areas of your home. A follow up inspection on previously installed rodent control devices are performed. A complete interior inspection of your home is performed for insects, rodents and conditions contributing their presence.
